All sales are final and no refunds on pre- purchased series, packages, or products. Please book your appointments on-line or by calling: • Credit card number is required to reserve your appointment time.
• 48 hours phone or online cancellation required.
• Login into your account with your password to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise you will be billed the full amount of that appointment.

All sales are final and no refunds on pre- purchased series, packages, or products. • 30 day Product exchanges accepted only within original purchased date with itemized original printed receipt and signed credit card receipt.
• Any unused balance for expired series packages will be used for in spa credit.

• All Massage Insurance appointments are paid in
cash, otherwise if you elect to use a credit card, a $10 fee will be added to your session.
